I read all 12 books! Reviews were harder to write with our library closed for remodeling, but I managed to get it done under the wire. I only made a few changes on what I planned this year for the Back to the Classics Challenge with Books and Chocolate. As always, reading along with the AO Forum and podcasts helped me persevere on books I might have walked away from, or, honestly, forgotten I’d even started.

10. Classic From Africa, Asia, or Oceania (includes Australia).  No Longer at Ease by China Achebe (1960)
11. Classic From a Place You’ve Lived. Old Yeller by Fred Gipson (1956)
12. Classic Play. As You Like It by Shakespeare (1623)
